Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) has gone live on the Aptos mainnet, marking its first deployment on a Move-based blockchain. This integration unlocks instant cross-chain transfers, deeper DeFi liquidity, and accelerates institutional adoption. Aave's GHO stablecoin will debut on Aptos as a Cross-Chain Token, while Bedrock's uniBTC and brBTC are already bridgeable via CCIP-powered flows through Interport.

The collaboration between chainlink and Aptos Foundation combines CCIP's secure interoperability with Aptos' Move programming language, creating a robust infrastructure for tokenized assets and institutional-grade applications. Developers can now expand into Aptos with a single integration, bypassing complex multi-chain deployment challenges.
